Fandoms of 2008 Meme. Killing time.
Trying my hand at that meme that's been going around, woo. 2008 meme.
What fandoms did you acquire in 2008?
ALL OF THEM but Les Mis. Doctor Who, Torchwood, Merlin, The Mighty Boosh... British things... haha, wow.
What fandoms did you let go of in 2008?
None! Though I'm edging away from Torchwood and, believe it or not, The Boosh. Yet when the new live DVD is released I will SNATCH that sucker up.
What fandoms did you intend on checking out in 2008 but didn't?
A lot. Life on Mars (the British one, of course), Arrested Development, Flight of the Conchords, the Brisith version of The Office...
What fandoms do you intend to check out in 2009?
Eh. We shall see.
What fandoms do you think you might let go of in 2009 if things don't improve?
I don't really "let go" of fandoms. I'm even still watching Lost, and I sure do have a tendency to hate on Lost. Once I'm in it, I'm in it till the end. Sigh.
What fandoms do you think you'll never get rid of no matter how crappy they get?
Once again. I even mutter that I HATE Heroes and Lost and yet here I am. Sexiness like Mohinder and Sawyer and some sort of weird curiosity keep me in it till it's cancelled.
What show impressed you most in 2008?
Hm. Well, I guess it'd be The IT Crowd. I mean, Doctor Who is amazing, but I never expected anything less from it. The IT Crowd, on the other hand, seemed to get better every week in the third series.
What show impressed you least in 2008?
That... Nathan Barley one. And Heroes. Argh, so much fail.

Wwwh...? Um. I guess, other than Les Mis, it'd be Torchwood? Which led to Doctor Who, which led to everything else.
Favorite Main Character of 2008:
Uhhh... well, gee. I dunno. The first thing that springs to mind is Ten, even though, as I've made clear, Nine was my Doctor. Other than that, there's Moss and... uh... something.
Favorite Villain of 2008:
Ooh, tough one. Probably that hitman from that one episode of Firefly.

Once again. The IT Crowd. Because I loved The Red Door and stuff, but I was originally only there for Noel. And now that he's gone I've come to realise that the show is amazing without him!
