If she's never in her room and you can't leave messages for her, you should probably make a ticket by going to help.unc.edu -> Create a Help Ticket -> login -> select "ResNET On-Site Support" and make her come to you. Then, everything's logged in the system and if she doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion (eg 24 hours) then you can complain to ResNET management and get things escalated and say she's not meeting RCC requirements. Also re her:I heard the printer was gimped for a really long time.
