it's a wonderful quote - 'and if I want the stars, I will find myself (up) there' - that's my best guess for a translation. where do you plan on tattooing it? the side of your torso, like you said before, sounds great. I really like side tattoos. plus you can easily hide it unless naked/in just underwear.
but please tell me you're not tattoing the girl's face next to the quote...? that would be cheesy, IMO. and very few tattoo artists are skilled at tattoing faces.

Obviously this is all just vague ramblings with no guarantee I'll ever follow through, but I wouldn't be asking for an exact replica of these images (thus the rough-ass edges in the original picture I posted and obvious slapdashery involved). I don't want one of those "perfect" portrait tattoos, because if one thing goes wrong it'll look freaky, but I do have a crush on her and her character and her storyline. And I'm in a place where I want a picture on me, not just more text.

But as a backup plan, that image with my German text across it instead of what's currently there. But I'd miss the glowing yellow eyes.
Also. If the day were to come (it would have to be September 2013) when I decided that I was going to get this done (also, I forgot to mention but my new target is my upper thigh) I would definitely look at the previous work of all local tattoo artists and choose one who doesn't fuck up pictures of heads. :)
Omg, I woke up this morning and suddenly I really like the other one I mentioned, the pencil doodle with the words drawn across her face. And if I did that one I could fit "ich bin nicht das Eigentum von dir", which is another quote from that song that has really made me happy and helped me, especially during Maktav times and stuff. I'm still reflecting on whether or not I'd want her eyes to be yellow, though. I guess I have a full year to decide. Or to give up on the whole thing.
And then maybe someday I'll get 24601 scrawled somewhere else on me and all my big life-changing obsessions will be represented on my body: Dr Who, Elisabeth das Musical, Mozart l'Opéra Rock, and Les Misérabes!
